1. The Equipment is free for you to use as long as you are
running transactions.
2. You may terminate the program at any time, without
penalty.
3. Please return
the equipment at our expense to avoid being
charged for the equipment. *
4. Your transaction fees
shall be paid to you on the 15th of
each month.
5. An annual fee $49.95 shall be assessed
to ensure there will
be replacement equipment available for you.
6. The monthly
statement fee is $10.00 per month.
7. These fees should be covered by the amount you receive
in transaction fees.
* The penalty for not returning the equipment is $25 per
month and the
cost of the equipment.
If you are charged for missing equipment and you later find
the equipment
and return it you will receive a refund minus
a restocking fee.
